Other Abstract目的观察冲泡次数、温度、时间和茶水比对砖茶中氟和铝溶出的影响,了解茶叶中氟、铝的溶出特性。方法氟的分析采用氟离子选择性电极法,铝的分析采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法。结果茶中氟和铝随冲泡次数、温度、时间、茶水比的不同呈现各自的溶出特性;在温度和茶水比实验中,二者的溶出有一定的相似性。结论茶叶中氟、铝的溶出不是同步的,茶汤中的氟铝络合物来源于茶叶中分别溶出的氟、铝在茶汤中发生的重新组合。
